Deei11 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Terms of Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform deei11 — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you legally and bindingly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access our platform.

These terms apply to all deei11 platform users without exception, including general visitors, registered members, VIP members, and any party interacting with our services in any capacity.

In this document, "deei11", "we", "Platform", and "us" refer to the operators of the deei11 platform and all related entities; while "you", "user", "member", and "player" refer to individuals using our services.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the deei11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Is an individual registering on your own behalf, not representing any third party.
• Not included on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Never previously banned or removed from the deei11 platform due to a terms violation.
• Providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date registration information at all times.

One Account Per User: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the deei11 platform. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Identity Verification (KYC): deei11 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a national ID, driving licence, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deei11 supports a variety of popular and trusted payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate your deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Supported Payment Methods: FPX (online bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method and account tier.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deei11 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the deposit, unless there is a strong technical justification.

• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier and VIP programme.
• Submitted withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.
• Deei11 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review or compliance purposes, for a reasonable period.

Player Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to you. deei11 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.

04 Bonus & Promotions

Deei11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance your gaming experience. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective promotion.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only, and may be claimed once per user.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before wins derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Rollover requirements, bonus validity periods, and eligible games will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Deei11 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related bonuses and wins.

Deei11 uses an advanced detection system to identify and prevent promotion abuse. Users suspected of engaging in such activity will be subject to investigation without prior notice.

05 Game Rules

All games offered on the deei11 platform — including slot games, bingo, sports betting, the live game lobby, and table games — have their own rules that all players must follow.

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring every round is random and fair.
• In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during a game session, deei11 will use the saved server records to determine the final outcome.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled once the game has started, except in the event of a technical disruption confirmed by the system.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that will apply, unless an obvious technical error occurs.

Wins & Payouts: All valid wins will be automatically credited to your account once the game result is confirmed. Your winning amount can be viewed in your account transaction history at any time.

06 User Conduct

All deei11 platform users are expected to conduct themselves in a civilised, ethical, and law-abiding manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems in any form.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account without written consent from deei11.
• Using illegally obtained funds or channelling proceeds of crime through the platform (money laundering).
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or harmful material to other users through any platform communication channel.
• Performing any action that could compromise the integrity of the games or unfairly disadvantage other players.

07 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and deei11. We provide robust security infrastructure, but you also play an important role in protecting your account.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols; change your password regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security we provide.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to be deei11 staff.
• Always log out of your account after you finish playing, especially when using a shared device.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or notice any suspicious activity, please contact our support team via live chat immediately. deei11 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your own negligence in safeguarding your account.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You have the right to close your deei11 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable terms, including any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

Suspension or Closure by deei11: deei11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is fraud, suspicious activity, or an attempted money laundering.
• Information provided during registration or KYC is found to be false or misleading.
• The user fails to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities or a legal compliance requirement.

09 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, deei11 and its associated parties shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions, system downtime, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account or personal information.
• Valid game outcomes determined by a certified RNG system, even if the user is dissatisfied with the result.
• Any losses caused by third-party actions, including payment providers or game software suppliers.

Deei11's maximum total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant liability claim, or the amount prescribed by applicable law, whichever is lower.

10 Terms Amendment

Deei11 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, legal changes, or platform enhancements. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on our platform.

We will endeavour to notify users of material amendments via a notice on the platform or to your registered email. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date by contacting our support team.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which deei11 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through final negotiation before any legal action is taken.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision will be affected, while all other provisions will remain in full force.
